Kath Donaldson, CEO of GBS CIDP Support, had the absolute privilege of meeting Associate Professor Andrew Kornberg and his associate, Monique at the Melbourne Royal Children's Hospital, where Kath presented them with a turtle and two cheques for GBS/CIDP research.

Heartfelt thanks go to our philanthropic benefactor
and the Deer Park Rotary Club.

Kath Donaldson, CEO of GBS CIDP Support, shared an amazing experience with special people.

Brian Cannon, a professional wrestler, who has spent the last twenty years living and working in Japan, returned to Australia to accept a Lifetime Achievement Award for his services to the wrestling community both here in Australia as well as in Japan. Brian contacted Kath prior to leaving Japan through her Facebook support page. Brian was diagnosed with CIDP four years ago.

A fundraising event was held in Sydney for GBS/CIDP research being conducted at the Royal Children’s Hospital in Parkville.
Today Brian handed the cheque to Eppie Yiu, Head of the Neuromuscular Unit at the hospital and Adelaide Kraina,
the Philanthropy Co-Ordinator.
